2025 NC POOL PARTY FORM (COMPLETE)

NC Pool Party Form 2025 (revised 7/01/25)

Please read, NEW rules apply. a Board Member MUST approve the form and you must give us ample time to prepare (minimum... 72 hours for party less than 50; one week for parties over 50).

Please read the instructions, as some have changed, specifically groups larger than 50 people and reserving the canopy, cleaning your party area, and when to pack up to leave the premises before closing (parties must be terminated 1/2 hour prior to closing... this includes removal of ALL party supplies/equipment, etc).

• Also, NEW procedures regarding Misrepresentation/Falsification of identity at point of entry, both to the guest and to sponsoring member.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:::

MAY 26 (MEMORIAL DAY); JUNE 19 (JUNETEENTH); JULY 4 (INDEPENDENCE DAY); AUGUST 29, 30, 31 AND SEPTEMBER 1 (LABOR DAY WEEKEND).

FURTHER, ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS, THE POOL CLOSES AT 6:00PM FOR ADULT NIGHT (ALL parties will be terminated at 6pm)
